  • No single customer over 5% of Revenue
  • Under 2% bad debt ratio
  • Average staff tenure of over 3 years


We are interested in businesses that have demonstrated a successful track record of at least three years, consistently generating annual net profits between 1 and 4 million dollars per annum. 


Businesses we consider must be able to stand on their own 2 feet in that they must own the IP required to operate and must generate healthy free cash flows to pay their own tax and provide capital to reinvest in growth.


We are looking for 'boring old-fashioned' businesses with good fundamentals ready for growth, if we can't explain what your business does and why it is successful to our kids then we probably wont buy it!
